POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to secure all event
dates.
In the event of cancellation, the booking party must provide at least (30)
thirty days’ notice prior to the date of the scheduled event to receive a
refund of all monies paid, less the deposit.
Pricing is subject to change, before finalization of Wedding Date.
In the event of inclement weather, Sapodilla Estate reserves the right to
delay set-up or pause any outdoor logistics until suitable weather
conditions exist.
Access, occupancy and processions from within the Sapodilla Restaurant
is not allowed.
Music level/volume must be approved by management prior to the
function. Profanity and obscenities in music are not permitted and must
end by 12am, however, all doors and windows must remain shut at all
times to contain sound.
SET UP: A detailed description of set up and décor is required and must
be approved by management. Any special requests must be made at least
one month prior to the date of the event.
Breakdown: All set up materials i.e. staging, lighting, musical
equipment, furniture and decor etc., owned by any vendor must be
cleared the same day, immediately after the event. Management will not
be held liable nor responsible for items left on property, items may be
discarded.
